ComfortRoom and AzurRoom - Special Offers for bookings for over a week

On the site, page BeautySleep, we offer our rooms for € 75,00 to € 100,00 per night or for several nights to a week. We offer our rooms standard for € 75,00 to € 100,00 per night or for several nights to a week, based upon 2pp/room.


The first week we charge the FamilyRoom minimal for 2 persons, and maximal for 4 persons (€ 75,00 or with a surplus of € 25,00 - € 35,00, depending on the age of the children. (2<12 or 12><18), with a maximum of 2 paying kids, and room for a 3rd kid (max 8 years old). This room is not meant for 4 adults. Four adults should book 2 rooms.

Longer stays are priced lower, with makes your choice for us more reasonable.

The AzurRoom has a standard price of € 75,00. We can place a camping bed for your baby in it for free.

The Deluxe Room is restricted. We don't take reservations for lesser then 3 days.

When we recieve a booking for 7 nights or more, we offer 10 % discount on the charge on accommodations (7 nights x  € 75,00 makes € 525,00, but becomes € 472,50) * and so on:
 8 nighst makes € 540,00
 9 nights makes € 607,50
10 nights makes € 675,00
11 nights makes € 742,50
12 nights makes € 810,00
13 nights makes € 877,50  shortage 16 % * (for 2 persons you pay only € 67,50)

When you want to stay 2 weeks or more, we charge € 450,00 a week. (2 nights free of charge) *
14 nights makes € 945,00, but we charge € 900,00.
If you want to stay more nights, we count as following
18 nights € 900 plus 4 times € 75,00 (€ 300,00) makes € 1200,00
21 nights (3x € 450,00) makes € 1.350,00 (3 nights free of charge) *

After 3 weeks, we count only € 50,00 * per night for the FamilyRoom/AzurRoom for the whole period, FamilyRoom (Double room -2 double beds and 1 single bed) or AzurRoom (Single room - 1 double bed)
So for 2-5 persons :
22 nights € 1.100,00    23 nights € 1.150,00
24 nights € 1.200,00    25 nights € 1.250,00
26 nights € 1.300,00    27 nights € 1.350,00 (same costs as for 21 nights)
28 nights € 1.400,00    29 nights € 1.450,00
30 nights € 1.500,00     shortage 33 % * (for  a family consisting of 4 persons you only pay € 12,50 each person for the FamilyRoom per night, for 5 persons only € 10,00 per night )


Special monthly offer for single expats: € 1.250,00 per calendermonth, excl BTW + leges. (over 40 % discount; total savings in 30 days (counting 30x € 75,00) € 1.000,00 !)

* Excl. costs, leges.  Facultative breakfast (€ 5,00 (simple) - € 15.00 (varied)) & extra consumptions  from the mini-bar will be charged separately.
